The IntoMachines Smart Tensioner performs full automatic bolt tensioning without operator interference. A pre-set is programmed with the amount of bolts in a flange, required target pressure, required nut rotation and optionally how many tightening stages should be performed. As output the system provides a report with each bolt given its tightening pressure, amount of tightened nut angle rotation and a check if the tightening was successful.
The Smart Tensioner is suitable for manufacturing, turbine installation and turbine maintenance works.
